Ciaran O’Kane

Ciaran joined Ambit in 2004 and has since progressed to Director level, now running the Property Management Department working on assets throughout Northern Ireland and the UK.

During his time with Ambit, Ciaran has built up experience in delivering property and asset management across all property sectors including, shopping centres, offices, mixed use developments, retail parks and residential. Ciaran has gained extensive experience in designing and mobilising service charge strategy for new developments, implementing planned maintenance programmes, asset enhancement programmes, refurbishments, and working with management companies.

In addition to this, Ciaran has developed extensive knowledge on all technical aspects of estate management including amongst others mechanical & electrical, planned preventative maintenance, health & safety, and sustainability. Ciaran’s client base currently extends to a range of institutional investors, financial institutions and private investors amongst others.
