Clare joined the Ambit Professional Services team in late 2025. Clare has an undergraduate degree in Business Economics and Accounting which she followed with a Real Estate Masters in 2022. She became a member of the RICS in 2024 as a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer.
She has significant experience in Valuations across the commercial and residential sectors working for a wide range of clients. Clare also provides advice to clients on landlord and tenant matters working on rent reviews, lease renewals and lease regears as well as advising on business rates.
