George Jolliffe

George joined Ambit in 2023 having spent over 10 years advising on residential-led development and regeneration projects across London and the wider south-east of England. Prior to joining Ambit, he worked for build-to-rent specialist Goodstone Living, where he was involved in the appraisal and acquisition of residential development opportunities across the UK.

At Ambit, George specialises in development and investment advisory work across the living sector, acting for landowners, developers, investors and public sector bodies across Northern Ireland and the wider UK. His role includes development consultancy, financial viability advice, strategic disposals and advising on mixed-use and repurposing opportunities.

George graduated from the University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate and Planning in 2012 and has been a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2014.
