Jonathan Haughey

Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor with more than a decade of experience in the commercial property market. He joined Ambit in 2013 after graduating from Ulster University with a Masters in Property Investment and Development.

As a key member of Ambit’s Agency Department, Jonathan advises on the acquisition, disposal and leasing of commercial property, with particular expertise across the industrial, investment and retail sectors.

He acts for a varied client base comprising institutional, private and public-sector organisations, advising them on a wide range of commercial property matters. While his work is primarily concentrated in Northern Ireland, Jonathan also has extensive experience advising clients on property transactions throughout the Republic of Ireland and Great Britain.
